Fanny Elliott

Colonel Elliott's daughter, discovered with Mrs. Humbug 'at Work' as the comedy opens. She is a fictional character in a play the twelve-year-old Austen wrote in 1788, distinct from her real-life niece and correspondent Fanny Knight, who was not born until 1793.
