Henrietta Halton

The narrator of Letter the Fifth, an heiress delightedly, mercenarily in love with Musgrove and openly impatient for her uncle and aunt to die so she may marry him. Her first name curiously anticipates 'Henrietta Musgrove' in Persuasion, where Austen combines both names into one character two decades later.
